A full interior fit-out in 14 weeks
Built-up area
2,400 sq ft
Configuration
Single floor
Duration
4 months
Location
Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
A complete interior fit-out — modular kitchen, wardrobes, ceilings, lighting and loose furniture — delivered in fourteen weeks around an occupied building.
The challenge
Work had to proceed in a fully occupied apartment building with strict society rules on working hours and material movement.
Our approach
Maximum off-site fabrication. Carcasses, shutters and ceiling frames were built in the workshop and installed in short, scheduled windows, cutting on-site time by roughly 40%.
The outcome
Fourteen weeks from start to handover with zero society complaints logged.
