A five-storey corporate office currently in construction, with centralised HVAC, full fire compliance and a scalable electrical backbone.
The challenge
A tenant mix that is not yet fixed, so every service has to be sized for an unknown final load and be reconfigurable per floor.
Our approach
Floor-wise isolation on every service, with capacity headroom designed in and a raised-floor distribution strategy so tenant fit-outs never touch the base build.
The outcome
In progress — structure topped out, MEPF rough-in underway. Target handover Q4 2026.
